Creation of custom gin,
Notice to professionals, Du Grand Nez Spirits has all the technical & creative skills to meet your specific needs and preferences to develop custom gins.
Grand Nez Spirits,
SPIRITS CREATION EXPERT
Our gins are unique. The combinations of plants and aromas used for our creations are carefully selected, in order to obtain distinctive and surprising recipes. Common ingredients used in the production of gin vary, but include juniper (essential basic ingredient) and very often coriander, angelica, citrus, pepper and other specific spices.
The quantity and quality of each ingredient, as well as the distillation method used, may also vary from gin to gin. Each gin has its own personality and character.
At Grand Nez, we work with many varieties of fresh seasonal fruits as well as high quality spices for the making of our gins. Each gin is unique and expresses our terroir in every way.
In collaboration with our partner suppliers, we are pleased to provide you with all the necessary research & production means to develop gins that suit you.

First collaboration,
EXCEPTIONAL TASTING GIN
"Born of a summer morning for evenings of freedom".
When a Grand Nez meets a fine palate, that of Sébastien Ripari, an expert in gastronomy, seduced by the gins of Anne-Hélène Vialaneix, both on the form, with its fruits and spices, and on the bottom, in an organic and eco-responsible approach. Our first collaboration, and what a collaboration! For these 500 special edition bottles, it is the plum flower that we worked, a real innovation for a gin. And still without artificial flavour…
OUR FRIENDS THE CHIEFS,
Closely linked to gastronomy, gin offers a very varied range of flavors, which can add a touch of sophistication and elegance to any dish.
Meeting and exchanging with chefs throughout the country and also internationally is extremely enriching. This encourages us to maintain a real level of requirement in the selection of our ingredients, in terms of quality but also of flavor and thus to create products that "speak to all, easily tuneable to multiple dishes and cocktails.
The series "12 months, 12 chefs" is a nice introduction to this concept.
